Sol & Stone ships Australia-wide using trusted postal and courier services.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery time

Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days depending on location. Delivery times may vary due to courier delays or peak periods.

Shipping costs

Flat rate shipping is available Australia-wide. Free shipping on all orders over $200. Shipping costs are confirmed at checkout.

Fragile items

Fragile items including mirrors, glassware and sculptures are wrapped in protective packaging to ensure they arrive safely.

Order tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Sol & Stone is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been handed to the carrier.

Damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll make it right.
