We want you to love every Sol & Stone piece. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Change of mind returns

We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible your item must be:

In its original packaging
Unused and undamaged
Accompanied by proof of purchase

For change of mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as Sol & Stone is not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping where required.

We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method
Non-returnable items

Items that have been used, assembled, or are not in their original packaging cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
